ALCO is based in Pukekohe East, so most of our weekly work — design visits, builds and maintenance rounds — happens within a few kilometres of base. We know the streets, the soil, the prevailing winds, and which builders run their projects through Pukekohe each year. That local familiarity is the practical reason ALCO exists at the standard it does: short drives mean more time on site, and more time on site shows up in the finish.
